Switching engine. This engine simplifies the
Real-Time, two-way movement of transactions and
 information between the world of “Pay Points, pre payments and their Service Providers.

Our Application Framework technology is very easy to interface into third party
applications or customise for an individual look and feel.

 
System Hosting (Pre Paid Switching)  
With the above technology Eason provides hosting
facilities to large corporate Mobile Operators and retailers, as well as the small individual merchant.

 

We supply all necessary network and communication requirements for the fulfilment of the above services.
This would include the use of our switch,
management systems, terminals, software, network and physical securities, space in our server-farm and the
necessary bandwidth.

  Installation  

Eason does its own systems installations. Our merchant applications can be installed via our Central system, resulting in very fast deployment of our systems in a large corporate rollout. All products come with manuals and help assistants for quick, easy installations.

 


Support & Maintenance (Help Desk)   
 

Eason provides remote, telephonic and on-site software and terminal support for our clients. We develop a unique support and maintenance help-desk for effective customer care.

 


Project Management  

With our in-house expertise we offer a high-level of Project Management services, which will ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our solutions.

 


  Training  

Eason offers personal on-site training for its products to cashiers, supervisors and the customer accounting department.  We also utilise modern techniques in training such as the web, electronic help and manuals.

 


Integration Services  
 

We have develop the necessary system integration to interface into clients’ current legacy systems, such as POS, back office, merchandising management systems, financial systems and forecourt systems.  

 


Consulting Services
